Return Policy
Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
We're bummed if you're not 100% satisfied with the items you received, and we gladly accept returns within 30 days from receipt date for most items in new condition. Items must be returned in original packaging with all accessories included. If the packaging is not available, your item cannot be processed for a return or an exchange.
1. If you wish to make a return for a refund or an exchange, please contact us by submitting a ticket on our site to receive a return form, indicate the item(s) you would like to return and the reason. We will get back to you within 24 hours. Your patience will be highly appreciated.
2. Returns made without a form may experience a delay in processing. Please package up the item(s) to be returned with the original packing.
3. Drop off your package at the local post office.
4. Most returns are processed within 5 business days after we receive your package. We'll issue the refund to your original payment method. Once your refund has been issued, you will receive a confirmation email.
5. In case of an exchange, we will reship the item to the address of your choice within 5 days from receipt of your return.
Return Conditions
1. You have 30 days to decide if an item is right for you if not, you can certainly come to us within 30 days of receipt.
2. Items returned must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that's worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.
3. We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first.
4. We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service for the packages returned to us. The returns will be made at your own cost.
Note: The original shipping fee and insurance are non-refundable unless you received a defective item or the product was damaged in transit
Return Address
If you wish to return the items to the nearest return address, please submit a ticket in your account, our customer service representative will get back to you within 24 hours.
Note: Please do not send your return to the address on your package. That is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return.
Damaged or Defective Items
We do our best to cover you when things do not go as planned. If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact our customer support team within 30 days to assist with a refund or an exact replacement, if the item is currently available. Images of the damaged/defective product are sometimes required. In some cases, we will ask for these items to be returned to our facilities, but we will assist with the return and shipping costs.
Partial Refunds or Restocking Fees
1. If you return items in original condition past the return window, we may charge you up to 50% of the item's price as a restocking fee.
2. If you return items that are damaged, missing parts, not in the original condition, or have obvious signs of use for reasons not due to us, we may charge you more than 50% of the item's price as a restocking fee.
