Ordering&Payment
- How to place an order online?
- Select a product you like.
- Go to the product detail page to check the details, then choose the size, color and quantity you would like.
- Click the “Add to Cart” button to have the product stored in your shopping cart. You can add as many items as you like.
- Once you have added all the desired items to your shopping cart, please click the “Cart” button at the top right corner (left corner on mobile) to being the checkout process.
- At shopping cart, you can revise the quantity or remove an item from your shopping cart.
- Once you are ready to pay for the order, just click the “CHECKOUT” button to go through the process. If you prefer an express checkout, just click the “Paypal” button.
- Once the payment goes through successfully, you will be taken to the order confirmation page and an order confirmation letter will be sent to your email.
- What if I need to cancel/change my order?
If you want to cancel or change your order, please email info@lushvida.com comwithin 48 hours of order placement, then we will handle it accordingly.
- Can I add additional items to my order once I paid it?
Sorry, we are able to add additional items to your placed order. In this case, please feel free to place a new order on our website and tell us the order number, then we will combine the two orders for shipping.
- What forms of payment do you accept?
We currently accept Paypal and credit/debit Card.
When you place an order with PayPal you will be redirected to the PayPal payment page, where you can confirm your payment by logging in with your PayPal username and password.
You may still check out even without a PayPal account. To do so, please click on "Pay with Debit/Credit Card" and you’ll be redirected to a secure page where you can enter your credit card information or complete your payment safely via PayPal.

Please note that Lushvida does not collect your credit/debit card number or personal information when you make a payment. For questions regarding your transactions on our site, please consult your card-issuing bank for information.
Shipping Information
- How long can I expect to receive my order?
We aim to deliver orders within seven working days of orders being placed. However, sometimes during busy sale periods, deliveries may take longer. Please note that Saturday and Sunday are not classed as working days. If you have not received your delivery in 10 working days please contact our Customer Services through info@lushvida.com.
- How to track my order?
Once your order ships, we will send you an email include the tracking number and tracking link of your specific shipper. You can check your order status there.
- What countries do you ship to?
Lushvida.com ships from different warehouses in a different country. For orders with more than item, we may split your order into several packages according to stock levels at our own discretion.
- What to do if my package arrived damaged/incorrect?
If you receive damaged or incorrect package, please contact us immediately and we will have it replaced as soon as possible.
Return& Exchange
- What’s your return policy?
- How to make an return?
To make an return, you just need to follow the simple steps below
- Contact us at info@lushvida.com within 30 days of order receipt,
- Write a note and ship the item back to our return address.
- Once we receive the returned item, we will process the refund/exchange immediately.
Please note the items returned must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that's worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.
- Do you offer exchange?
Yes, In case of an exchange, we will reship the item to the address of your choice within 5 days from receipt of your return.
- What’s your return address?
If you wish to return the items to the nearest return address, please submit a ticket in your account, our customer service representative will get back to you within 24 hours.
Note: Please do not send your return to the address on your package. That is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return.
- Who is responsible for the return shipping fee?
We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service for the packages returned to us. The returns will be made at your own cost.
LushVida is a brand that values transparency and building good relationships with our valued customers. As a result of this we employ a no questions asked warranty policy for all our customers. If for any reason your Ameriluck products are damaged, malfunctioning or have any issues, LushVida will take full responsibility of your product for up to 2-Years after the purchase date on most items.

TO RECEIVE WARRANTY SERVICE, PLEASE:
- Contact our Customer Service department at info@lushvida.com and advise them of the nature of the issue. Customer Service will provide you with information as to how to proceed.
- Please remember, product returned for warranty claims must be accompanied by the original order number as well as written details regarding the nature of the problem, the location of the product, etc.
- If your product is returned, please retain a copy of the shipping information for your records.
